What is SpinCast Lining?

SpinCast is a lining system that is “insitu” meaning inside of a pipe and/or structure. This method involves feeding various materials such as geopolymers, mortars, and/or epoxies through a spin nozzle that is placed in the center of a pipe or structure. The material is cast centrifugally onto the surface of the pipe as the unit is pulled up and out at a set rate of speed to build up a 360-degree monolithic liner. This method is very fast and very cost effective. This is one of the only processes that can be viewed and monitored live during the installation. This technology is a rapidly growing solution to rehabilitate failing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) as well as large diameter pipes.
